Film in the Studio w/ Antoinette

I’m a big fan of keeping things fresh, and a good way for me to do that is to shoot film during my regular shoots. I must admit that I have an ever changing roster of film cameras moving through my bag, but creating with a new tool keeps me sharp and I enjoy the good mix of images I get from these misfit cameras, good or bad. For this shoot with Antoinette, I used a Kiev 88, and put a couple of rolls of Portra 160 through (while shooting digital concurrently, just to be safe). I love the look of medium format, but shooting the square format was new to me. These images were shot in Downtown Los Angeles.
