Blue Hour / Night Test @ Little Tokyo / Arts District
Date: Hold - Thursday, September 17, 2026
Time: 6:30p - 8:00p

Mood Board / Call Sheet

Concept: Urban night fashion using mixed ambient light, direct flash, and motion. Focus is on energy, layered city light, using the streets as an atmospheric backdrop.
The intent is not to create a distinctly “Japanese” aesthetic; Little Tokyo is being used for its urban environment and available light.
